We are thrilled to congratulate Emeritus Professor Stephen Zubrick who has been appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours List.
Emeritus Professor Steve Zubrick, from The University of Western Australia and The Kids Research Institute Australia, was recognised for his significant service to medical science and research, particularly in children’s and youth development.
At the Life Course Centre, he has been invaluable since its inception more than 12 years ago. He was an original member of the Centre – taking on the roles of Deputy Director (Research) and Chief Investigator for many years.
Today, he is an Emeritus Chief Investigator at the Life Course Centre and remains a valued contributor and a welcomed presence at our research events.
