Amin Zhu

Amin is a PhD student at Queensland Brain Institute within The University of Queensland, working under the supervision of Dr Laetitia Coles.

Amin’s research investigates international early childhood teachers’ career trajectories in the Australian Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, with a focus on issues of wellbeing, development, and turnover. The project aims to inform policy makers, tertiary education providers, and ECEC services regarding international teachers’ career experiences in Australia, and offers recommendations on sustaining this vital workforce in the Australian ECEC industry.
