Abay Tadesse is a senior epidemiologist and near‑completion PhD candidate in Public Health. His research focus on early childhood exposure and its impacts on offspring health and development, with a particular focus on priority populations.
Tadesse has authored more than 60 peer‑reviewed publications and holds an h‑index of 23, reflecting his significant contributions as first, senior, and collaborating author in population and public health research. Tadesse’s current work focuses on the impact of physical activity and screen time on child health and development, the generation of policy‑relevant evidence, and the translation of research into practice to improve child health across early to adolescent stages.
