Kris Arian is a Research Assistant working with with Dr Elizabeth Stratton, studying the experiences and discrimination of people with invisible disabilities in the workplace and how we can improve this. She has also worked on projects surrounding the consenting process in clinical research. Kris is currently completing her Honours thesis in Psychology, studying processes of addiction, at ANU and she hopes to continue conducting mental health research in the future.
