Dr Ellie Brown

Dr Ellie Brown is a Senior Research Fellow and Counselling Psychologist at the Centre for Youth Mental Health at the University of Melbourne.  In addition to her >$10million of grant funding,  she is the Ronald Philip Griffith Fellow (2025-2028) which supports her work into improve the physical and sexual health of young people experiencing early psychosis. She also leads a body of work that aims to support Early Psychosis teams across Australia to deliver the best evidence-based care they can.

Dr Brown strives to work holistically across her clinical and research work and enjoys bringing together people from multidisciplinary backgrounds to foster creative solutions to the challenges facing those at-risk of experiencing poor social and functional wellbeing.
