Nikita is a quantitative researcher at the UQ School of Social Science. Her research focuses on inequality-related topics that are highly relevant to policy, government and industry. Specifically, she works on international migration, gender, public service delivery, inclusion in the labour market and wellbeing. Nikita has also taught courses in social science, research design and applied quantitative methods.
